Vape Mail Ban

Hello Ohm City Vapes Customers,

The Vape Mail Ban (S 1253) has been signed into law and will impact our ability to sell all vape products. Starting March 26th, these restrictions will dramatically limit your ability to order vaping products and will increase the cost of everything we sell. We expect shipping disruptions and strongly recommended that you stock up immediately.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?

May 12th UPDATE - First Class Mail shipping method has been added back to the website. This option lowers the shipping costs even more between $10-$12 with ADULT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. This option does NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE and we recommend using a PRIORITY MAIL option at checkout for shipping. As consumers ourselves, we understand how this has impacted you. We do not make money on shipping costs. We appreciate our customer feedback, and we are now taking a loss on shipping rates. We value your feedback and we hope this helps, as the PACT Act has taken a toll on our industry.

The April 26th date has been postponed until further notice and is to be determined by USPS. A final date has not been released by USPS as of 4/22/21 for restrictions on the PACT Act. We will continue shipping as normal until more information is released. The registration process for many states has begun and we will continue to provide any new information on this page.

April 28th UPDATE - We have received a tremendous amount of concerns about the NEW shipping rates. ADULT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED to ship our products and as a result it has increased shipping costs. As consumers ourselves, we understand how this has impacted you. We do not make money on shipping costs. We appreciate our customer feedback, and we are now taking a loss on shipping. We have lowered the cost from from an average of $20 to $15 (as low as $13.99). We value your feedback and we hope this helps, as the PACT Act has taken a toll on our industry. If anything changes to lower the costs of shipping even more, we will be sure to let you know.

March 26th - Adult Signature Required

After this date, we will require an adult signature for delivery of all orders. This will increase your shipping costs to about $20 per order for most customers. We will continue shipping to almost all states until sometime in April. We will not be able to ship to INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS, PO BOXES and Military APO addresses after March 26th. WE RECOMMEND SHIPPING ORDERS TO YOUR WORK PLACE, BUSINESS OR A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE 21 YEARS OF AGE CAN SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE.

Sometime in April - US Mail will no longer accept vape shipments.

We will stop shipping via USPS. Exact date is still pending but it is likely around April 26th. We are working with regional companies, but we do not expect to be able to ship to all states on this date. In states that we will ship to, it is likely that there will be interruption in our ability to ship.
