Shipping Policy
We usually process and ship orders the same business day from Miami, Florida. If you are unable to receive the package at the address you provided, YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND ASSIGNED A TRACKING NUMBER, WE CANNOT CHANGE AN ADDRESS. Orders placed before 1pm EST. Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. orders placed before 1pm EST during hours of operation (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm EST, your order will be shipped the following business day. THIS TIMEFRAME IS UNAVAILBLE DURING BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY AND CHRISTMAS. EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS DURING THESE HOLIDAYS. Depending on stock and availability, processing times may vary. We do not ship on weekends and U.S. federal holidays. If you order more than one item, they may come in more than one packages. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL OR MILITARY OVERSEAS DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. (APO, FPO, ETC.) PO BOX SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

What is Route Protection?
Route Protection is insurance for your package. If for some reason your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, Route Protection will refund you for your order. WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING ROUTE PROTECTION WITH YOUR ORDER. If you purchase Route Protection with your order, you will receive a separate email from Route with instructions if there are any issues with your order and how to proceed to file a claim. You have 30 days to file a claim with Route Protection.
Orders showing delivered. If you order is delivered to the shipping address verified on your order and you haven't received it for any reason, you must contact the carrier it was shipped with to have them locate the package. We are not held liable for any package(s) that has been shipped to a verified shipping address that you confirmed on your order. Once a package has left our facility, we have no control over your package.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Customers shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs.
No shipping cost will be refunded for any reason. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been shipped.
